THE BEST WAY OUT TO ENJOY YOUR DAY

 Getting a goal realized can be the most tedious job ever. I have gone through such. Believe me, it was not that easy.  The good news is that I ended up achieving my purposes and wisely.

It is important for me to share the ways you can start your day with that determination that will successfully be achievable.

Let’s say you have scheduled the day to accomplish a particular project. It may be two or more. As you step off the bed, the number one bulb that flashes in your brain is the need to go ahead to get that project done and be through with.

Suddenly something pops up from nowhere, and the next thing is that you end the day without even a space for you to do what you set out to do in the morning. You become bitter about this. In your mind, you see nothing good to say about you. You might as well have tagged yourself a failure.

 This is not your fault. You do not have to feel depressed in respect to that.  I can tell you that you are not the only one in this.

Below, I have outlined these three simple ways that can help you to get that project done without any stress;

1)    Timing

Every second in our lives is precious. In every minute that passes on earth, millions of goals move on unrealized. I have seen many people who hardly respect the use of their time. At the same time, there are people who knew what timing mean to them. You need to separate your time for everything you do. It will be a waste when you mix your day with any irrelevant issues.  Some of these can be summed up to;

·         Watching TV: The biggest time waster on earth is this. It might interest you to know that you can hardly get anything worthwhile done while spending five hours in a day behind the television screen. You found nothing except so many jungles mixed up. It can be so annoying! Trust me, you do not need to sit down there and watch. Your uppermost thought should be your concern for your project or whatever you aim to achieve for that day or more. I banished TV in my house nearly a year ago. There had been no regret ever since.

·         Usage of Mobile Phone: Women are known to care so much for their mobile phone in the same way they could do for their children. And also, out of 100% mobile users, the female counterparts exceed the most. Have you noticed how a woman will stayed all night on her phone doing nothing but chatting? Men are not exempted. Cut down on the amount of time you spend on the telephone.

2)    Set your Priorities

Focus on what you must do and not on useless issues.  You are doing yourself, not anyone else, the good if you learn to set your priorities. When you start the day, pause and reflect on how you want that day to be. Fix your entire mind on what you have to do. Avoid distraction. For instance, let’s say you have an appointment with your child’s school representative; you are supposed to set out for that. Rather, a friend of yours shows up and informs you of the arrival of latest clothing at the nearest boutique. With eagerness, you follow that friend, thus ignoring your appointment. On the other hand, the new cloth is more important than your child’s education. What you must not forget it that friends are always there for you. And you must make them to understand where you place your values to life.  Know what you want.  And go for it!

3)    Right Attitude

Frustration can make you to willingly abandon your plan, your project even your goals. Having a clear mind from the sunset to sunrise is worth anything you can pay for. When you start the day in a bright way, try to avoid any incidents that will mire that joy.  Think positive. Think success. Let your heart be embedded in the power of optimism.  No matter how difficult a project may look, believe in yourself that you will achieve success. If you truly move this way, by the end of the day, you will go back to your warm mattress happy though worn out.

These three simple ways are my guidelines to success. I disciplined myself with it daily. And each time, I achieve tremendous victories. If it can work for me, surely it will do the same for you. It will take only you, and nobody else to be devoted to learning these ways by heart. I believe applying them will not only help you realizing your goals, soon you will discover that there are new changes in your life.

Cheers!

Benefits behind the 32 Degree (1)

   I have not known someone who has the habit of smiling that does not reap its reward. Smile is it.  A beautiful smile is a healing balm to the wounded heart. How many times did you pause to flash a smile at that neighbour of yours whom to you is nothing but a troublesome person? When was the last time you smile at your boss? Did you show your 32-degree smile to your spouse before leave your house this morning?

In Europe, the economic system is trying to rob so many people of the joy of life. Many homes are now plunged into moody atmosphere. You cannot but hear your next door neighbour screaming on top of his voice at his children to stop running the tap-water for so long a time. He was counting the huge amount of money he will have to pay when the water bill comes. You may even be unfortunate to overheard loving couple suddenly turned enemies as they quarrelled because of bill disagreement.

None of these encourage any one to create the space to smile. I understood how demanding and frustrating the societal system can be. Nevertheless I strongly believe life is not that bad after all.

You can turn the worst moment of your life into unexpected relief  when you smile.  It is a difficult act. Truly it takes your effort.

Your smile brings you these;

Favour; How much do you desired to experience? Your smile paves abundant of open doors for you, which surely you never could have gotten so easily. Try it and see the effect for yourself. Let me give you an example of mine; few years ago, I went for a job interview. I was told the company hardly recruits above 10% of the number of applicants. I was scared like everybody. You can imagine the pain I felt deep down my stomach when it was my turn to be interviewed. The moment I stepped in, I replaced my moody thought with smile. I was polite. I barely remembered all those faces behind that wide table who posed hard-stoned questions at me. I never gave them the chance to see the fear through my facial expression. I was all smiling. And I am sure you guess the outcome. Though I never got a straight contract, my smile rewarded me with one that was promising. Few days later, the manager came to advise me to always keep my smile. He made it clear that they recruited me because of that.

Good health; Life cannot be worthwhile when you are in pain. Am I right? Why do you want to live? Why do you want the best of out life? You never gain much when your health seems threatened by one illness or the other. It has been proved that people who smile a lot tend to avoid been sick. You knew what I mean? It is more than the eyes could see. If you smile, you attract good will to yourself. When you are squeeze up your face barely everyday, definitely you cannot open way for those best of life to come to you. Whether you accept it or not, your well being is determined by your attitude towards livelihood.

………………….look out for the next part of this topic.

Cheers!

FRANCE,A DANGEROUS HAVEN FOR CHILDREN?

How can you forget your child in your car?

The security of every human being is very important. A society that seems to be threatening that vital aspect then need to be warned of the consequences that might follow. Children are no longer having the same freedom in France as before. There are beginning to be victims of unwanted death that they never envisaged.

Several weeks ago, precisely 15th July, in Pont-de-Chéruy, the French Alps, a Pharmacist ‘mistakenly’ forgot his toddler, two-and-half-year-old son in his car while he went off to witness an accident that got him distracted. Thus the poor girl died of heat exhaustion.

The case of three-year-old Zoe was another horrible one. Hers was barely few days after that of the Pharmacist daughter. On the 22th of July, in the city of Chalon-sur-Saône, Zoe left the house that fateful morning in the company of her five-year-old brother and their father.

What a fate! Zoe never return home that day. She died of heat exhaustion and dehydration, the cause of her father’s ‘mistake’.  The Father, a manager in a company, deposited the boy at the Daycare centre. Afterward, he went straight to his office and forgot to drop off Zoe at her registered child minder where she usually went three days a week.

He even skipped his lunch, staying inside his office all day long. From 9am until 4:30pm, Zoe was trapped in the car under the terrible heat. She might have cried and cried for help, willing to be free to survive. No help came. Poor child, she finally gave up. Her Father discovered his error when he went to pick up his son.

Too late! Zoe was long dead!

Both fathers made mistake. Fatal mistake that cost them the lives of those innocent children. Cases as these are becoming a threat today. A woman foolishly left her baby strapped at the back of car while she ran into a supermarket to purchase a product. Another car owner noticed the child weeping and raised alarm. She was lucky to escape the penalty from the law.

I wondered what hindered her from going along with the baby? Definitely she would gave her excuse for such act but is that tangible enough to pay for the life of her child if terrible thing had happened? What can we say is the growing problem with adults in our society?

This is not just happening with parents. Today, strangers derive ultimate pleasure when attacking mere kids.

Valentin was a eleven-year-old handsome boy who never thought anybody could harm him. However on the 28th July in Langieu (Ain) city, Poor Valentin was murdered after receiving 40 knife-cuts from 39-year-old Stéphane Moitoiret, his killer.

Right now, Stéphane is serving his jail term but that will that brings back Valentin?

Will that heals the agonising pain and loss the boy’s mother suffers now? Will she be able to smile again if she remembers this incident that took away her lovely son?

Who can tell of some other children suffering in silent, being warned by their oppressors not to disclose?

What can we do to ensure the safety of our little ones?

The shift from attacking adults to innocents children these days now called for serious action. We must not overlook the need to apply maximum measure to protect our little ones.

This call for action is not restricted to France but to the entire world.

·         Watch out for any mistake that will cause you to forget your child or any body in the heat of your car.

·         When you go out, keep watch on your children. Let them stay close to you. Do not think of leaving them even for few minutes all alone on their own.

·         Be attentive while with them in the street, or any public place.

·         Warn them of receiving gifts from strangers. Children can be funny sometimes. As Parents or Guardian, you have the duty to ring this warning into their heads.

·         Pay deep notice to the friends your child move with.

·         Talk to your child. It is very important to let a child knows what security means.

In conclusion, centred your priority around your children. They are your responsibility. You have them based on your decision to become a Parent. Therefore, give them the best of your time.

Cheers!
