Without your consciousness, it is easy for you to hate yourself. It doesn’t have to be deliberate. In fact most situations in our lives are not asked for. They just happened and sometimes you may not be able to solve them.
Life is so tricky, and this you need not forget. That you made a mistake, or you quit a long term relationship, or you just realise you have not achieve your life term goals, all these do not means you should subject your lovely life to unnecessary depression.
Life becomes how you see it. If you see life as full of unhappy events, for sure it will be that way. And when you visualise life as haven of joy, definitely every good thing will come your way.
Stop blaming yourself for what went wrong in your life. You end up being your own enemy if you do this.
What happened to you is meant to, it was something you may never have been able tackle on your own or before it happens.
I implore you to pick yourself up, dust off the dirts on you, and move on toward achieving successes.
